At Maitama in Abuja, this is Transcorp Hilton Hotels.
The Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Maitama is shown in the images below both in the 1980s and more recently.

As you can see, it used to be in a "bush" but is now in the middle of the city. Today's city center was once known as the BUSH.

I'm confident that if you were offered a piece there in 1980, you would probably turn it down, but today, everyone would want to call that section of Abuja, which is now a posh neighborhood, home.

Vision entails looking beyond the present and taking measured risks to pursue it.
