This 'mad man' was arr3sted at Asaba with a bag full of used baby pampers. He collects them from people's waste bin in the guise of scavenging for food. On interrogation, he confessed he sells them to a client in Ogun state incase some of you didn't come across the story please be careful and share this post to pass the information to your loved ones so they won't fall a victim.
