One of the greatest leadership minds we have is Nelson Ogaba. A friend and a professional colleague. IWe have been amazed by the growth, transformation and development he has experienced over the years. Within just a few years, he has positioned himself as a voice of impact, doing remarkable work across Nigeria by coaching, mentoring and empowering teenagers, young people and professionals.

Through his iTransformNaija Initiative, Nelson has reached and impacted over 100 people as of mid-2026, creating spaces where young people can learn, grow and discover their potential, maximize their roles as to become active citizens.
As a Transformational Coach, Nelson will be joining us as our Guest Speaker at the summit.

Come and hear him share his perspectives, experiences and practical insights on our theme, and discover how we can turn ideas into opportunities for innovation, employment and entrepreneurship.

As an organisation, we recognise the immense potential that lies in women and believe that empowering women is essential to building stronger, more inclusive communities. In line with our commitment to promoting Gender Equality and inclusive Leadership in Nigeria, we are delighted to have Amb. Eze Peace as the Keynote Speaker at our summit.

Amb. Peace holds Double Honours Degrees in Business Education and Information Management and is currently pursuing Advanced Master’s studies in Entrepreneurship. As a humanitarian and serial entrepreneur in Nigeria, she brings valuable experience and practical insights that will help us explore the summit theme from a perspective of Innovation, Empowerment and Sustainable growth.
