I was invited invited to speak to group of teenagers.

I asked one of them; "Who do you want to become."

The little boy passionately shared with me his dream of becoming a Robotic Engineer.

Unfortunately, his dream may not be realised until he gets access to a learning institution environments where education for Robotic Engeeriing can be acquired.

Learning beyond borders is more than just acquiring a degree - it is about expanding perspectives, developing global competencies and preparing for a world that is continously evolving.

006: SUPERHUMAN BELIEF-SYSTEM

Two things will largely determine the outcome of every life:

1. Belief Systems
2. Systems of Living

Belief systems are the software of humans. They determine the functionality of every component in man. Examples are the Faith System, Value System, Vision System, etc.

Systems of Living are the hardware, the structures that a man must put in place to help him live and attain the practicality of his belief systems. Examples are Daily habits, Moral Standards, Work Ethics etc.

The concept of superhumanism is having a rooted belief in connectedness with the divine power or supernatural power. It is not just a self-belief in personal abilities, but abilities beyond humans.

Superhuman beings believe they are connected to the higher power that enables them to live an extraordinary life and do extraordinary things. They touch every human being that is connected to them in unique ways.

What are your belief systems? Are they empowering or disempowering? Your belief system affects every aspect of your life. Regardless of a high degree of education, skills, or expertise, a poor belief system limits the unleashing of full potential.

Pay great attention to your belief system this year.

005: SUPERHUMAN PURPOSE

Your life is a significant node in the human colossus.

You are here not for yourself, but for the larger purpose of humanity.

Smallness, most times, is a resultant effect of the life of self.

The day you begin to serve a purpose for the collective betterment of humanity, you are being prepped for a life of greatness.

Your purpose is bigger than your dreams, aspirations, ambitions, and dreams.

Purpose manifests in diverse forms and dimensions, but the primary essence of every purpose is to shift humanity forward.

This is a superhuman idea of living a life that touches other lives.

Be a superhuman being, the world needs you.

004: BEING IN CHARGE OF YOU

Who or what is in control of you?

Are you in charge of your mind?

Having the ability to manage your thoughts, emotions, and impulses intentionally and effectively at all times is a great deal, and that is what superhumans do.

Rather than being driven by automatic reactions or external influences, be in charge of you.

This involves having a sense of awareness, discipline, and control over your mental processes and actions.

Never be out of control, no matter what!

Be a superhuman, the world needs you.

YOUR GOAL IS NOT ABOUT YOU

I am an ardent believer in goal setting.

Despite my skillfulness in setting goals, I haven’t achieved all my goals in a particular year. I kept shifting the post every year.

I thought I was alone until I spoke to several business executives, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, close associates, etc. They all admitted that 10% to 50% of their goals were not achieved in a single year.

I guess this is largely dependent on individuals and external factors.

Goals can become very overwhelming if you don’t get them right.

There is a belief system that drives the achievement of goals and leads to the happiness and fulfilment we get from making an impact in the universe.

This is a superhuman belief system –
‘Your life is not about you, but every life that your life touches.’

Your career, business ventures, social ventures, spiritual calling and all that you desire to do, it is never about you but the lives hinged on your life.

The products and services you offer to the world are never about you, but the number of lives you are connected to.

This is not for everyone but a tribe and a species of humans.

If your goals are based on societal pressure; you want to belong to a class, have some material possessions, seek validation from people or prove a point of arrival, etc. you are setting yourself up for frustration.

Rather, set goals that answer the questions:

📍What exactly am I made for?

📍What does my soul truly want?

📍How many lives can I touch and make better?

📍Who is my life lighting up daily?

Let the bedrock of your goal-setting be to serve and enrich humanity. Don’t just live a successful life, but an impactful and fulfilled one.
