Look at the rail lines in Nigeria, the lines in red were all built by the British except the Abuja to Kaduna Rail built by GEJ.
Subsequent regimes only had to connect the EXISTING Itakpe line built in the 1990s to the new Kaduna to Abuja rail built in 2014, both are Standard Guage.
This means you can board a train from Abuja to Warri or send cargo on a Fast standard guage rail
This means the port in Warri will boom as it's a direct route to Abuja and Kaduna. PMS can go from Warri refinery to the North. Agricultural exports from the North to Warri port
This is how leaders plan out and grow an economy
But instead, they wasted the $65b equivalent they printed on…..no one knows
