The Nigerian Army Short Service Combatant (SSC) Commission Course recruitment presents an opportunity for Nigerians to serve in the Combat Arms and Combat Support Arms. Here are the key details:

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 23-27 years old
- Education: Minimum of HND (Lower Credit) or First Degree (Second Class Lower Division) in Arts, Sciences, or Humanities
- Physical Fitness: Medically, mentally, and physically fit according to Nigerian Army standards
- Nationality: Nigerian citizen by birth
- Marital Status: Single

- Requirements:
- Valid birth certificate or age declaration
- Valid certificate of state of origin
- NYSC discharge certificate or exemption
- Letter of Attestation from former institutions
- Recent passport photograph

- Service Details:
- Duration: 15 years (10 years on active list, renewable for 5 years)
- Rank: Second Lieutenant
