TAKARDAR KORAFI AKAN RASHIN KARBO TAKARDUN SHAIDA (CERTIFICATES) NA DALIBAN DA S**A GAMA A AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY, ZARIA, TA HANNUN SHUGABAN A.D. RUFA’I COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, LEGAL AND GENERAL STUDIES, MISAU.

Assalamu Alaikum.

Mu ne mambobin ƙungiyar dalibai masu karatun fannin Shari’a a Kwalejin Ilimi, Doka da Karatun Bai Daya da ke Misau, Jihar Bauchi.

Muna rubuto wannan takarda ne domin mu shigar da ƙorafi dangane da rashin karɓo takardun shaidar kammala karatun mu (original certificates) na shekarar 2019/2024 daga jami’ar Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria.

Wadannan takardu ne kawai za su ba mu damar ci gaba da karatu a manyan jami’o’in Najeriya, kamar yadda hukumar JAMB ta tanadar.

Sai dai har yanzu a wajen mu muna kallon shugabancin makarantar bai yi wani yunkuri na karbo takardun ba.

Mun fahimci cewa takardun sun makale ne saboda rashin biyan kudin da ABU ke bukata na accreditation, affiliation, da kuma kudin takardun shaida.

Shugabancin makarantar yana mai nuna mana cewa gwamnati ce bata bayar da kudin ba, alhali kuwa mu dalibai mun biya miliyoyin kudade na rajista, kuma mun gudanar da bincike wanda ya nuna cewa gwamnati ta riga ta bayar da nata kaso.

Mun kuma yi ƙoƙarin haɗa kuɗi da kanmu don a wakilta mu zuwa Zaria domin karbo takardun, amma sai muka fuskanci barazana daga hukumar makarantar.

Muna zargin Makarantar ta fara amfani da wasu daga cikin mu a sirrance don hana ci gaban wannan yunkuri.

Wannan ya nuna cewa ci gaban ilimin mu bai zama babban abin da shugabancin makarantar ke mayar da hankali a kai ba.

Wannan shine dalilin da ya sa muka zo ofishin Mai Girma Kwamishiniya domin mika koken mu tare da fatan cewa gwamnati za ta kawo mana dauki, ta share mana hawaye, domin mu samu damar ci gaba da karatun mu.

Mun yi imanin cewa hakan zai taimaka gaya wajen bunkasa harkar ilimi da ci gaban al’ummar Jihar Bauchi.

Muna fatan samun kulawa da saurin daukar mataki a kan wannan matsala.

Democracy Day 2024:

Moment to Reflect on the Values of Freedom, Justice and the Rule of Law.

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

As we come together to celebrate Democracy Day 2024, let us bear in mind that it is a moment to reflect on the values of freedom, justice and the rule of law that underpin our great nation, which are the bedrock upon which any society is built, and as members of the legal profession, we play a crucial role in upholding these principles.

Let us honour Democracy Day by reaffirming our dedication to the rule of law and our commitment to a transparent and just electoral process.

May this Democracy Day inspire us to continue our work with renewed vigour and a steadfast belief in the power of democracy to transform our society for the better.

Happy Democracy Day and may the upcoming second semester be a testament to our success, unity, professionalism and values.

*LETTER OF CONDOLENCE AND SUPPORT TO THOSE IMPACTED BY THE RECENT FIRE AT YOBE STATE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS*

It came to the notice of the Northeast Zonal Directorate that Yobe State University Campus had suffered a fire outbreak in the evening of Tuesday, 13th February, 2024. The place hit by the outbreak was specifically New Girls Hostel.

The Northeast Zonal Director immediately reached out to the YSU campus Director and Yobe State Director to inquire about the incidence. The campus Director was able to identify a number of six LAWSANites who fell victim by losing their whole property to the fire outbreak.

The Northeast Zonal Directorate understands the importance of creating a safe and secure environment for everyone. It's truly disheartening to see such a tragedy occur, especially in a place where people should feel protected and at ease.

I want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to support the affected women during this difficult time. We are working closely with the hostel management, local authorities, and relevant organizations to provide immediate assistance and help them rebuild their lives.

If there's anything I can personally do to help or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve safety measures, please let me know. Your voice and concerns matter to me, and I'm here to listen and take action.

In the meantime, I encourage everyone to come together as a community and support one another. Acts of kindness, empathy, and solidarity can go a long way in healing and rebuilding after such a tragic event.

Please convey my sincere condolences to all the women affected by the fire breakout. Let them know that they are not alone in this, and we are here to lend a helping hand in any way we can.

Stay strong, and remember that brighter days are ahead. 💕
