BON BREAD REVIEWS CONTROVERSY
Dear Madam, Bon Bread
Your legal advisers did a bad job to have pushed you into accepting that the unknown bread is likely to be Bon Bread allegedly thereby inserting yourself , your face and your brand into this online bad review controversy about one Everlasting Bread that needed to be checked for health reasons.
This controversy could have been avoided if you did not insert your name and name of your bread into this conversation as you clearly said that your bread brand name or logo was never mentioned her video and your logo did not show in the bad review video that she made about a certain bread that doesn't spoil after many months.
The assumption that someone mentioned Bon Bread in the comment section and she liked it does not suggest it was your bread that she was holding in the video.
She is at liberty to like any opinion in the comment section which is another person's experience not her own experience and not opinions.
If this matter proceeds to court and you seek legal action against her by claiming damages, When human rights activists and social media influencers such as Verydarkblackman and Omoyele Sowore get much involved,. It might lead to mass effect on your brand and I doubt if the bad effects can be controlled by your media and marketing team.
Be careful with over zealous legal practitioners who seek to shine in court and avoid using your powers and influence to suppress freedom of expression and opinions.
You could have avoided this if you were properly guided. The time to end this debate is now. Accept that it was not your bread that was mentioned. It was a mere Falacy of Assumptions and insinuation.
Let the matter die now on social media and save your brand. Know this and know peace. My humble advice not meant for trends but by social media experience.
