Easy No-Oven Banana Bread Recipe 🍌🍞

Craving something sweet but don’t have an oven? Try this simple stovetop banana bread recipe and enjoy a delicious homemade treat this weekend!

Ingredients:

👉 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

👉1 cup all-purpose flour

👉¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

👉1 egg (or substitute with ¼ cup yogurt)

👉¼ cup melted butter or oil

👉 ½ teaspoon baking soda

👉 ½ teaspoon baking powder

👉 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

👉 A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the sugar, egg, vanilla, and melted butter.

2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.

4. Grease a small pot or deep pan, pour in the batter, and cover with a tight lid.

5. Cook on very low heat for 30–40 minutes, checking occasionally.

6. Insert a toothpick—if it comes out clean, your banana bread is ready!

7. Let it cool, slice, and enjoy with tea, juice or coffee.
