QUESTIONS
1. Are they twins? Yes (December 31st is clearly different from January 1st but they were been carried together for nine months..same womb and same birth)

2. Are they age mates? DEFINITELY nah just few minutes difference in birth time

3. Which year will they claim?

4. In which month will they celebrate their birthday?
They can either claim December 31 2022 cus the first came december and u can't choose the month of the younger for the older or dey pick their different months December and January
