"We'll fix the design later," someone on the product team would say.

Nina never argued.
Instead, she carried a small notebook everywhere she went.

An elderly man couldn't find the payment button.
A child tapped the wrong icon three times.
A shop owner gave up halfway through an online form.
Months later, the company started redesigning its product.

Nina quietly placed her notebook on the table.
