Getting busy and forgetting about your home is a no for me. No matter how busy I am with movies or traveling, I always try to cook for my husband myself. Not because I have to, but because I want to. That’s how I was raised, with love, care, and humility. I believe a woman can be a star outside and still be a queen in her home.

Even after a long day on set, I enter the kitchen with joy. Cooking for him brings us closer. It’s not stress, it’s love. It’s my way of keeping peace and happiness in our home. Fame hasn’t changed me, and I’m proud to still hold on to my values.

When I was still struggling in the industry, I wrote a script and begged a producer to let me shoot it. They said yes, but when I got to the set, a senior crew member looked at me and said, “Who is this one? She doesn’t look like a star.” He tried to send me away like I didn’t belong.

I stood my ground and told him, “Even if I don’t look like a star now, one day you’ll watch me on the big screen and remember this face.” That moment hurt, but it also gave me courage. The movie didn’t make me famous, but it gave me the strength to keep going.

Now, I write, produce, and act in my own films. I’ve come a long way. No one can send me away anymore. I’ve earned my place.
