- If madam asked you what you want for dinner - Unripe Plantain and sauce is perfect for today's match

- Instead of carbonated drinks today, drink Zobo (that Zobo hhmmm let me not start)

- If you see Tiger nut juice - collect 2 bottles (e go put you for mood gangan)

- Now most importantly, That African Walnut, that one that bitters when you drink water with it ehn ehn... Buy like 5-10 and snack on it all day (Tyre no dey tire)

Women

- Soak Clove in warm water and drink during the day (Kainji Dam no go reach you)

- If you're eating any soup eat Okro today ( Oluwa-Slimy)

- If you see Tiger nut Juice collect 2 bottles (Aphrodi... Yeah yeah)

- Sesame seed works wonders for you too (if you see it, buy some and snack on it)
