When you are unmarried your only aim is to get married, when you are married you think you were better off being single.

All the things that looked cute and adorable before marriage become irritating after màrriage.

Both partners try to change each other after marriage and then lament that you have changed. You are not the same person that I married.

When your spouse doesn't pay you too much attention you complain that he doesn't care about you. When they do, it becomes suffocating and you want some 'me' time.
Before marriage you run to be with your fiancee, after marriage you run to your workplace to escape from them.

Before marriage you look at each other with rose tinted glasses where you cannot see any flaws in each other. After marriage the glasses are removed and all you can see are each other's flaws.

In short the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

The position of our organs, especially the heart, is important. Sleeping on the left side prevents blockage of the aorta, which carries blood from our heart to the rest of the circulatory system, because the inferior vena cava remains unobstructed. Thus, in this position, blood returns more easily from the entire body to our heart.

The stomach and small and large intestines tilt to the left, so lying on the left side facilitates the passage of food through these organs. The spleen, pancreas, stomach, and colon are on the left side of our body. This will not burden the esophagus or facilitate the return of gastric juices into the trachea.

This metal mask was worn during slavery for 3 main reasons:

1) To avoid s|aves eating fruit like apples, pineapples, oranges, cashews, bananas, sugar, etc.. while harvesting them, however they were forced to work consistently on all plantation farms.

2) To stop s|aves from singing their African spiritual songs. Not only spiritual songs also those of war, thus affecting slave masters, as they would motivate them to rebel and f!ght.

3) Lest they teach their children the African local dialects (languages), forcing them to learn foreign languages.

Sometimes s|ave masters would stick an apple in the mouth of enslaved before wearing the metal mask and locking the padlocks so they couldn't talk.

This is just one of the thousands of inhuman treatments our ancestors went through for centuries at the hands of those invaders who gave us Christianity and the religions of mental slavery and brutally forced divisions on Africans.
