You pledged to build “a Kwara that works for everyone” yet in 2025, Level 10 teachers are still earning below ₦100,000 monthly.

How is that possible if you are committed to paying the minimum wage?

Why are educational workers stuck at this salary level, even though they’re crucial to our state’s future?

Is this minimum wage claim genuine or just another slogan?

The people of Kwara deserve clarity and real action.

🇳🇬 Fuel Price War Heats Up! Dangote Faces Tough Competition from Importers

Nigeria’s petroleum market is witnessing real competition as importers now sell petrol below Dangote Refinery’s prices. Some stations in Lagos and Ogun sell as low as ₦847 per litre, while Dangote’s partners still hover between ₦865–₦875.

Depot prices are shifting too, Aiteo, Menj, and others offer petrol at ₦815/litre, beating Dangote’s ₦820 and NNPC’s ₦825. This market shake-up shows the real power of deregulation.

Despite Aliko Dangote’s call for a ban on fuel importation, industry experts like IPMAN’s Chinedu Ukadike are praising the liberalised market, saying it encourages fair pricing, competition, and better choices for consumers.

“This is the beauty of market liberalisation,” Ukadike declared. “Let every player compete, refining locally and importing, so Nigerians enjoy the best price.”

As prices drop and competition rises, the real winners are Nigerian consumers.
