EXAMPLE FOR THE WHOLE FOOTBALL WORLD 🇪🇸

While all PSG players CELEBRATE finally winning the Champions League, Luis Enrique STAYED behind the applause of Inter Milan. The Italian team STAYED on the pitch after the awards ceremony like any GREAT TEAM to RECOGNIZE PSG.
After seeing this, Luis Enrique RECOGNIZED them in the end with a few words:

🗣️ “I want to highlight and really praise Inter, all their players and staff, who respectfully stayed behind to watch us celebrate the title, despite the pain. I think it's a good lesson for the kids. In life, just like in football, you win and lose, and you have to know how to lose. There are many who only know how to win. No, you have to know how to lose too and show respect to your opponent, like Inter did today. "

STRENGTH FOR TODAY, HOPE FOR TOMORROW

Bible Verse: “So do not fear, for I am with you... I will strengthen you and help you...” – Isaiah 41:10

Let me be real—there are days I feel like I’ve got nothing left in the tank. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes the pressure to “keep it all together” is just... a lot.

But this verse reminds me: I’m not doing this alone. God says, “I am with you. I will strengthen you. I will help you.” That’s not a maybe—that’s a promise.

And what I love most? He doesn’t ask us to be strong first. He says, “Don’t be afraid. I’m right here.” His strength kicks in exactly where mine runs out.

ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE JOURNEY

Bible Verse: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord... – Jeremiah 29:11

Let me be honest—there were seasons in my life when I felt like I’d totally missed God’s plan.

You know, like I took the wrong turn at some spiritual roundabout and now I’m just driving in circles while heaven’s GPS keeps saying, “Recalculating…”

But this verse is such a reminder that God’s plans are not that fragile. He’s not surprised by our mistakes, detours, or delays.

His plan doesn’t expire because we had a bad week or a bad year. He says, “I know the plans I have for you…”— and trust me, He didn’t lose the blueprint.

So when I don’t know what’s next, I rest in the fact that He does. And not just any plans—plans to prosper, give hope, and a future. That’s good stuff right there!

The TO-DO LIST
A to-do list is a tool for organizing tasks and remembering what needs to be done. It helps prioritize tasks, track progress and ensure nothing is forgotten.

A well-maintained to-do list can also make you appear in control by providing a clear picture of what needs to be done.

A to-do list could be prepared for daily, weekly or period for when a project or event is around the corner, and basically requires a pen and paper, a digital note pad/organizer or a project management software.

To-do lists offer improved organization, increased productivity, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced memory, and better time management.

An effective to-do list shouldn't be complex or difficult to put together; the rule should be:
1. Keep it concise by focusing on most important tasks and avoid so many tasks on the list.
2. Prioritize tasks by identifying the most important tasks and ensure they are completed first.
3. Break down large tasks into smaller more manageable tasks that build up to actualizing the larger tasks.
4. Set deadlines to each task to help you stay on track and avoid missing deadlines.
5. Regularly review and update your list to reflect your current priorities and strike out completed tasks.
