One major reason you shouldn't laminate your certificates is that IT FLATTENS SECURITY MARKS/SEAL. With all the disadvantages out there, some Nigerians still stubbornly laminate their certificates and I don't know why.

Some certificates contain prints, security seals, marks or stamps. When laminated, such certificate or document is totally flattened out. Some organizations and foreign institutes are so serious about these seals because they may not be able to verify the document. How will you get that dream job or japa?

Today, I learned that NAFDAC has recalled dove beauty cream bar soap. Dove is one product I love so much. Then it hit me, that there are a lot of products that have been recalled/banned by NAFDAC that are still in the market, and people are still buying and using them. Is it lack of information or odeshi? Because these things were recalled for a reason.

The cosmetic products below have been recalled by NAFDAC:

2. Dove Beauty Cream Bar Soap
3. Dex Luxury Bar Soap (No. 6 Mystic Flower
4. Caro White Skin Lightening Beauty Lotion
5. Dona White Extra Whitening Lotion
6. Sheesha Beauty Cream
7. Radox Care + Moisturise Liquid Hand Wash
