BASAF RECEIVED AN AWARD FROM FIRS KANO

In Another remarkable milestone achievement for Kumbotso Local Government under Abdullahi Ghali Basaf's administration, the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has presented Kumbotso Local Government with an Award of Recognition for outstanding compliance in tax payment.

The award was presented to Him today by the State Administration of FIRS, in the presence of the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Tajo Othman, and the Kano State ALGON Chairperson, during the FIRS Customers’ Week held at the FIRS Kano Office on 9th October, 2025.

LLB (Hons) LAW ACQUIRED ❤️

On behalf of all members of Kwankwasiyya Reporters nationwide, I wish to congratulate our friend Ndibuisi Nwoye, (former) ENUGU state chairman of Kwankwasiyya Reporters for completing his Bachelor degree in law from the university of Maiduguri.

Ndibuisi is an activist, and freedom fighter with clear humanitarian vision and mission. Before He join (2016) Kwankwasiyya Reporters (KRN) Ndibuisi held Bsc political science and MSc international relations from the university of Nigeria NSUKA but in 2021 decide to obtain another degree in law to tiltiliate his activism

WHY KWANKWASO SHOULD BE SUPPORTED IN 2027

Kwankwaso remain the most viable candidate for the 2027 presidential race. These are some of the factors Nigerians should consider voting for Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso in the 2027.

Some National leaders of Kwankwasiyya Reporters, convened on September 22, 2025, in Kano, where vital issues were discussed for promoting kwankwasiyya Reporters and the Kwankwasiyya ideology in general. After deliberations, we:

1. Reaffirm our commitment to Kwankwasiyya's principles and loyalty to its leadership.
2. Plan to convene a National Executive Council meeting to make critical decisions for the development of Kwankwasiyya Reporters nationwide.
3. Organize an appreciation visit to express gratitude for the appointments received from the Kwankwasiyya government.
4. Pledge to mobilize support and promote the ideology nationwide, focusing on national programs for 2027.
5. Establish a National Coordination Committee to guide our efforts and implement action plans.

What kwankwasiyya is all about?

Kwankwasiyya simply means "change" or "transformation" in Hausa. It represents a new way of thinking, a new way of governing, and a new way of living for all Nigerians regardless of their ethnic affiliations.

Kwankwasiyya is about putting the people first, ensuring that our government is transparent, accountable, and responsive to the needs of all citizens. It's about promoting economic development, social justice, and equality for all.

Ghali Basaf has adopted a Consultative approach as a mechanism for good governance in kumbotso local government.

Abdullahi Ghali Basaf the executive chairman of kumbotso local government of Kano state has adopted a consultative approach for policy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.

Ghali Basaf is a political scientist that held Masters degree in political science from Bayero University Kano. His theoretical knowledge was put into practice through the creation of Kwankwasiyya Reporters where many young intellectuals are recruited into politics.

So, I may not be surprised by this pragmatic approach as a dynamic young man that combined mission and dreams with reality. His determination to achieve good governance is manifested in his courageous frequent visits in every part of his local government.

Why did He adopted consultative approach in his administration?

The simple answer is that his administration is determined to carry everybody, and every community closer to his government for even development.

Most of our political leaders do not recognise the input (button-top-policy) of the masses while designing governmental policies. But Basaf intend to create an avenue for accomodating the views and needs of every community in the entire kumbotso local government.

We hope that all relevant stakeholders will join their hands together to put this dream into reality for the progress and development of kumbotso local government.

May Almighty Allah grant him success in his government to change Kumbotso for better, Amin.
