If there is one great thing meditation will do to a man is that It enables the individual to examine their thoughts, actions, and attitudes, leading to repentance, personal growth, and character development. As the individual becomes more spiritually conscious, they often develop qualities such as love, patience, humility, and compassion.

Truth is, people of this generation do not really meditate hence the reason for the chaos and character deficiency we see today. A lot of us have become used to noise and distractions that we forget to silence our mind and become more aware of God’s presence. Because we have failed to understand that through this practice, we can often experience a sense of peace, comfort, and spiritual renewal.

Take out 15minutes of your day to sit in silence and meditate and see just how much spiritual growth, inner peace, and a greater awareness of God's presence you will feel in your life.

MY LESSONS ON OVERGIVING….

You see, I have always been this person who loves to give even at my own expense but people tend to think I have too much not knowing every penny I gave was a sacrifice. At a point I noticed that I cannot boost of any tangible savings or properties because I am always giving,giving,giving…..

But do you know that despite the fact that I always stretch out my hands to give I barely receive?? People usually feel I have too much so there is no need giving to me. For years I don’t know what it feels like for people to come through for me, I don’t know what it feels like to receive birthday gifts or gifts of any kind. I’ve come to make peace with that fact but above all, I’ve learnt my lessons and some of which is…

1) Always love myself to the extent that whenever i get any money the first thing i do is to spoil myself and get all the basic things i need.
2) Stop seeking validations from people(how will they feel if i dont help them? What will people say?? Let them say what they want--NOBODY is entitled to my money).
3) Stop OVER GIVING -- Because people will always have needs and being the one they always run to will drain you financially.
4) Stop having that SAVIOUR MENTALITY—Wanting to help everybody even when they do not ask to be helped.
I’ll always hold this lessons dear to my heart because when giver broke na receivers dey laugh pass…

Religion,Tradition and spirituality are connected but they are not the same.

Religion gives structure,teachings and moral foundations.
Spirituality is the personal connection of the soul to God,purpose and inner convictions.
Tradition preserves the values,wisdom and identity passed down through generations.

Now listen, no matter how religiously inclined you are DO NOT neglect spirituality and traditions. Traditions had been preserved and observed for ages before you were born and should not be neglected carelessly as there are hidden consequences you are not ready to pay for.
Spirituality on the other hand,are personal practices you carry out to connect your soul to its maker and helps you understand your soul on a deeper level. Do not neglect your spiritual life in your pursuit for religion because you’ll make yourself an easy prey to the enemies.

When you balance Religion,Spirituality and Traditions it helps you remain morally,spiritually,and culturally rooted.

Consecration: The Hidden Boundaries Assigned to Every Life

Humans are souls experiencing this dimension and as such we are spirit beings. Every human on the surface of the earth has a consecration. In your scriptures, consecration means being set apart unto God for a divine purpose. Every human has a purpose for their existence and this purpose comes with instructions,boundaries or restrictions.

Samson was commanded not to cut his hair because his life was dedicated to God from birth. His hair was not magical in itself,it represented obedience to a covenant.
every person has certain boundaries God places around their destiny….things they must avoid because those things can weaken, corrupt, or destroy their calling. What destroys one person may not destroy another, because assignments differs. Consecration is not punishment,it is preservation. God may place specific instructions, restraints, or disciplines upon individuals to preserve their destiny and usefulness.

Some of you are not meant to be with more than one woman, and to some your are not meant to indulge in certain activities but you do not keep this ordinances hence the reason you experience set back and losses.
You need to look inward for those things and activities that weakens your spirit when you indulge in them. Those are your consecrations. Stay away from them and you will experience a tremendous change in your life and destiny.
