My name is Innocent Ujah Idibia, though most people know me as Tuface or 2Baba. I was born on September 18, 1975, in Jos, Plateau State, but I proudly hail from the Idoma tribe of Benue State, Nigeria.
Music has been the rhythm of my soul from an early age. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to create songs that resonate with people, like “African Queen,” and to receive awards both at home and across the world. I began my journey with Plantashun Boiz, but it was in going solo that I discovered how far music could take me. Every experience—every triumph and every trial—has shaped the man I’ve become.
In 2012, I married Annie Macaulay, and together we were blessed with two beautiful daughters. In total, I’m the proud father of seven amazing children—each one a piece of my heart. Though my marriage to Annie has come to an end, I hold deep respect for the memories we created together.
Today, I am joyfully married to Hon. Natasha Osawaru, and this new chapter brings me peace, love, and renewed purpose. Life has taught me that love, forgiveness, and growth are among the most powerful forces we have. I don’t take anything—or anyone—for granted. I remain deeply grateful for all who’ve shared in this journey with me.
