HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO GOVERNOR AHAMDU UMARU FINTIRI - THE MOST SOCIAL & FRIENDLY GOVERNOR OF OUR TIME:
It was Nelson Mandela who said in the heydays of the struggle against Apartheid that “ To be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others”
This is the most simplistic way of acknowledging the role of the RESTORATION ADMINISTRATION in enhancing the freedom of Adamawa people from the grip of fear, insecurity, official ineptitude, and under-development.
This administration has, in less than 100+ days today, given Adamawa freedom in all its ramifications and Adamawa’s are now proud again.
More than one year ago,
Your Excellency, changed infrastructure extensively to push for regime change and restoration of peace, security and development in Adamawa State.
Today, the change Your Excellency spearheaded and advocated has taken root in all departments of life. And recognizing the potency of the Social Media as a tool for development engineering, Your Excellency, appointed Mr Sarki Yaki Kumangar Solomon as Director General, Media and Communication and Similarly, a Yola-based reporter with AIT, Mr George Kushi has been appointed Chief Press Secretary to the Adamawa Deputy Governor, Mr Seth Crowther. to superintendent, standardize and reawaken the consciousness of Social Media practitioners in the State.
You did not stop there.
Your Excellency use the instrumentality of the platform to articulate the policies and programmes of this administration.
The Committee has continued to discharge its functions with unwavering equanimity, resolved and committed to the Restoration Agenda. Beyond her statutory functions, the Committee has also engaged in cross-cutting issues such as interfacing with MDAs, charting clear road-maps for increased productivity, and conducting opinion polls including the use of standardized sociometric techniques to measure sectoral performance.
We are pleased that Your Excellency has always supported the Social Media enterprise in Adamawa State, we are hoping for you to sponsorship more members to the first ever World SOCIAL MEDIA in the State to give room to The Younger Up Coming Youths to technology By your policies and programmes,
Your Excellency, u have proved to be the most social friendly Governor in Nigeria and this is why we are resolved and more determined to project the achievements of the Restoration Administration.
