To every man reading this: your feelings are valid, your struggles matter, and asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.

Let’s create a world where men feel safe to speak up, seek support, and prioritize their mental well-being without fear of judgment.

Check on your fathers, brothers, husbands, sons, friends, and colleagues. A simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference.
