*(1) IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS 17-08-2025 05:17:25*
The University Management has become aware, through its electronic monitoring systems, of attempts by external, self-appointed, and unsolicited technical support entities to gain unauthorized access to the university's platform. These individuals or groups are falsely presenting themselves to students as legitimate service providers.
You are hereby strongly advised to exercise extreme caution when approached with unsolicited offers of technical assistance, particularly from sources not officially affiliated with the university. Engaging with such illegal services—especially in relation to TMA (Tutor-Marked Assignments)—is considered academic misconduct.
Please note: Any student found, through our monitoring systems, to be involved in such activities will automatically receive a score of zero in the affected course(s).
For your safety and academic integrity, always seek technical support through the following official channels:
* University-provided email
* Your designated study centre
* The e-Ticket support system
* The University’s Student Management System (SMS)
The University is fully committed to supporting you in achieving your academic goals with integrity and within the stipulated time.
Best regards,
Directorate of Examinations and Assessment (DEA)
