Mai Girma Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Waziri Adamawa, tsohon Mataimakin Shugaban Ƙasar Tarayyar Najeriya (1999–2007), ya karɓi baƙuncin Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development (SCDDD), ƙarƙashin jagorancin tsohon Alƙalin Alƙalai na Najeriya, Mai Shari’a Olukayode Ariwoola, GCON, a gidansa da ke Asokoro, Abuja, a ranar 24 ga Agusta, 2026.

Ganawar ta kasance wata muhimmiyar dama ta tattaunawa kan makomar dimokuraɗiyya, shugabanci nagari, haɗin kan ƙasa, ci gaban tattalin arziki, ƙarfafa hukumomin ƙasa da kuma makomar shugabanci a Najeriya.

A wannan lokaci da al’ummar Najeriya ke ƙara buƙatar shugabanci nagari, inganta tattalin arziki, adalci, tsaro da kuma ingantacciyar dimokuraɗiyya, irin waɗannan tattaunawa suna da matuƙar muhimmanci wajen samar da mafita da tsara kyakkyawar makomar ƙasar nan.

Najeriya tana a wani muhimmin mataki na tarihi, kuma irin zaɓin da za mu yi a yau shi ne zai tsara makomar dimokuraɗiyyarmu da makomar al’ummomi masu zuwa. 🇳🇬

RELEASE MALAM NASIR AHMAD EL-RUFAI IF THERE IS NO LEGAL BASIS TO KEEP HIM IN DETENTION!

If there is no sufficient and credible evidence or lawful basis to justify the continued detention of Nasir El-Rufai then the right thing to do is simple: release him.

Justice cannot be built on prolonged detention. A person should not be treated as guilty merely because allegations have been made against him. If the authorities have evidence, let that evidence be presented before the court and let the matter be determined according to law.

But if there is no sufficient legal basis to continue holding him, then keeping him in detention serves no purpose other than undermining the principles of justice and due process.

El-Rufai is not above the law, but the law must also not be used as a weapon against him.

We therefore call on the relevant authorities to ensure that his case is handled with fairness, transparency and strict adherence to the rule of law—not political vendetta, personal interests or selective justice.

IF THERE IS EVIDENCE — PRESENT IT IN COURT.
IF THERE IS NO LEGAL BASIS — RELEASE HIM.

Justice must be for everyone.
The law must apply to everyone.
Due process must never be compromised.

8TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CONFERMENT OF THE TITLE OF MAJIDADIN SADAUKIN ZAZZAU
CELEBRATING EIGHT YEARS OF HONOUR, SERVICE AND DEDICATION

ALHAMDULILLAH!

The ADC Youths Reforms Alliance proudly joins family, friends, associates, and well-wishers in celebrating Bldr. Ahmad Rufai Shuaibu, MNIOB, MNIM, Majidadin Sadaukin Zazzau, on the occasion of the 8th Anniversary of his conferment with the traditional title of Majidadin Sadaukin Zazzau by Bldr. Yusuf Shehu Idris, Sadaukin Zazzau.

Eight years ago, Bldr. Yusuf Shehu Idris, Sadaukin Zazzau, found him worthy of this respected traditional title, entrusting him with a position that carries honour, responsibility, and service.

Today, eight years later, we celebrate this remarkable journey with gratitude to Almighty Allah for His guidance, protection, and blessings throughout these years.

The anniversary is not merely about the title, but also about the values of honour, loyalty, responsibility, community service, and dedication associated with it. We recognize and appreciate the contributions of Majidadin Sadaukin Zazzau towards youth development, education, moral values, community service, and the promotion of positive values in society.

On this special occasion, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Bldr. Ahmad Rufai Shuaibu, MNIOB, MNIM, and pray that Almighty Allah continues to grant him wisdom, good health, strength, and the ability to continue serving humanity with humility and distinction.

We also appreciate Bldr. Yusuf Shehu Idris, Sadaukin Zazzau, for the confidence and trust reposed in him eight years ago.

A VICTORY FOR DEMOCRACY!

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has set aside the judgment of the Federal High Court that ordered the deregistration of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Accord Party, and three other political parties.

This landmark decision reaffirms the rule of law and strengthens Nigeria's democratic system by protecting the constitutional rights of political parties to exist and participate in the democratic process.

For members and supporters of the ADC, this is an encouraging development and a reminder that justice can prevail through due process.

Let us remain united, focused, and committed to building a better Nigeria through peaceful democratic engagement.

SUPPORT ADC WITH UNITY, NOT DISCOURAGING STATEMENTS

At a time when some members are leaving the African Democratic Congress (ADC), this is not the moment for discouraging or divisive remarks. Every political party experiences challenges, including defections, but what distinguishes a strong party is the commitment and maturity of those who remain.

If you truly love the ADC, your words should inspire confidence, encourage unity, and strengthen the morale of members rather than create fear or hopelessness. Negative comments only weaken the party from within and give opponents reasons to celebrate.

True loyalty is demonstrated not only when things are going well, but also during difficult moments. Let us remain focused on building a stronger, more united, and more successful ADC. Together, with patience, discipline, and constructive engagement, we can overcome every challenge and move the party forward.

A united ADC is a stronger ADC.
