Is it about the bill denominations, the USD itself, or something else? Either way, $140 (R2,290 / ₦192k) is a serious amount to be fighting over. Who’s wrong here?

Today, President Tinubu, working through the House of Assembly, has sent a clear message to Nigerians.
They are not ready to conduct a free, fair, and credible election in 2027.

By removing the mandatory electronic transmission of election results, they have weakened transparency.
And when transparency is weakened, trust is destroyed.

Any government that refuses to allow its citizens to freely choose their leaders is not democratic.
It is oppressive.
It is unjust.
It is wicked.

Nigerians must understand this truth.
Oppression survives when people stay silent.
But silence is no longer an option.

The era of sitting back and accepting injustice is over in Nigeria.
This is the moment for unity.
This is the moment for courage.
This is the moment to stand.

All Nigerians, across tribes, religions, and political lines, must rise together.
We must demand freedom.
We must defend our right to choose our leaders.
We must insist on a future built on fairness and accountability.
