Why must we be Thankful?
➢ God is always waiting for us to return and acknowledge His wonderous works in our lives, so He can continue to perform His wonders in our lives – Isa. 51:11-13/ Luk. 17:12-19
➢ Life is not a right but a gift – Psa. 3:5/ Jer. 1:5/ Gal. 1:15-18
➢ Eternal life is not an achievement; it is a gift – Rom. 6:23/ Eph. 6:8
➢ In the kingdom, success, exploits are not achievements, but engracement – Jhn 15:5/ 1 Cor. 15:10
➢ Thanking God for what has happened preserves, multiplies and perfect our blessings – Mal. 2:1-3/ Jhn 6:6-13/ Luk. 17:17-19
➢ But thanking God for His Word in spite of what may be happening turns things around in our favour – 1 Thes. 5:18/ Heb. 10:36
