CAPTURING JOY : A Memorable Photo Shoot with My Clients (students/pupils)

A happy time with my students/pupils during a photo shoot can be a memorable and joyous experience. Here's a full description of such an occasion:

The sun shines brightly, casting a warm golden glow on the house or school or compound as I g*ther my students/pupils for a special photo shoot. Excitement and anticipation fill the air as they assemble at my back wearing their brightest and vibrant smiles.

The atmosphere is filled with laughter and chatter, as everyone eagerly awaits the snapping sound made by the front and rear camera. The location I chose didn't really matter for the photo shoot. All I wanted was a shared memory for the future, past and present.

The setting perfectly complements the cheerful mood of the day. The students, each with their unique personalities, eagerly pose and strike playful poses, showcasing their individuality and creating vibrant expressions.

As the photo shoot progresses, you can't help but be overwhelmed by the energy radiating from the students. They interact with one another, forming small groups and sharing laughter, creating a sense of togetherness. The bonds they've formed throughout the period of our lesson and learning are evident, as they playfully tease and support each other, making the atmosphere even more lively.

I acting as the photographer captures these candid moments of pure joy, freezing them in time.The click of the camera is met with cheers and applause, heightening the sense of achievement and celebration.The students/pupils feel a sense of pride as they see themselves in photographs, a testament to their growth and shared experiences.

Their laughter fills the air, creating an atmosphere of happiness that represents the entire photo shoot.These moments serve as a reminder of the simple pleasures of being together and enjoying each other's company. The photo shoot becomes a cherished memory, a testament to the positive and uplifting moments shared between me and my students/pupils.

In years to come, those photographs will serve as a reminder of the special connection I formed with my students/pupils and the impact I had on their lives. It will be a testament to the power of joyful experiences and the joy of teaching.

IMPROVE HUSTLE, SEEK OPPORTUNITIES.

Recently I was reflecting on my current situation and looking for ways to improve and achieve even more success. Recognizing the potential to increase your income by adding more effort and actively pursuing opportunities is an important step.

I came into realisation of two factors that can improve your hustle and also increase your opportunities seeking.

1. Marketing

2. Self promotion

Marketing and self-promotion can be challenging for many people, and it's understandable that some individuals feel odd to do such, so they have their own personal reservations about it. However, in a competitive world, it's often necessary to showcase your skills and accomplishments to attract clients and opportunities. Finding a balance between humility and effective self-marketing can be a valuable skill to develop.

Considering my profession as a teacher, it's important I adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct that govern my teaching practice. While these rules may limit certain marketing strategies, there are still avenues you can explore to expand your network and increase your visibility within ethical boundaries.

I notice in my profession as a teacher i have been able to use the following to seek opportunities

- Networking events
Conferences

- Speaking engagements ( both online and offline )

- Contributing to education related publications

- Online platforms that support education

As a teacher over the years, I notice that the above listed seeking opportunities serve as potential avenues to connect with potential clients and showcase my expertise.
Additionally, over the years, I took a bold step to integrate content writing and blogging into it. Actually it was worth exploring opportunities to enhance your marketing skills through specialized training or workshops and also paid courses or forums that run related courses.

These resources can help me to learn effectively and also change my marketing strategies and also the integration of the trios(Teaching, Blogging and Content writing). By gaining more knowledge in blogging and content writing I was able to navig*te the fine line between promoting my teaching services and maintaining the dignity of my teaching profession.

In the real sense, permit me to use the word ‘side hustle’, my side hustle was the blogging and content writing skills. As a teacher you can combine these skills (Blogging and Content writing) to enhance your financial status

SHOULD EDUCATION COVER ALL AREAS OF A CHILD WELL BEING ?

I will start with a story for more information " WHY THE POST "

Sure, here's a brief story of my experience in school under an education program (PGDE) i did recently.

As a student that did that program for one year, my exposure was on a high side.

I came to realize that a child should develop in all areas of life apart from the academic aspect.

During my time in the program, i took a variety of challenging courses like

➡Guidance and counseling

➡Developmental psychology

➡Sociology of education

➡Educational supervision and school inspection

➡Comparative Education

➡Adult and Non - Formal Education

➡General methods in Education

I also participated in projects and research initiatives that allowed me to apply what i had learned in the classroom to real world problems.

One personal project that i worked on was in the organization of free tutorial class for some students who didn't put much interest in education or those who lack attentiveness in class.

In addition to my academic
and research pursuits, i also participated in the teaching practise as a teacher.

Through these experiences, i understood that a child education is not only based on just academics only instead they are some areas that can still affect the child wellbeing.

As i go further, you will understand better.
