Upon entering , I met him sitting alone in dark.I moved closer to him and called out his name: "Ade! Ade!! Ademide!!!" but got no response. I touched him lightly on his back, still, no response. He was staring at a pace, as if he was staring at me. I shook his body vigorously and looked him straight in the eyes. His eyes were fierce and bloodshot. When he looked at me, I got chills and tension all over my body. I was terrified by the aura that surrounded him at that moment. Since he wasn't speaking to me nor recognizing my presence, I decided to leave his presence immediately. As I turned and took my second step away from him, he called out my name in a hoarse and deep voice. "Wura!!, please don't go!!!" This is the man that I have known almost all my life. I have never heard him call my name the way he did just now. Something in me finds it weird and strange, coupled with his strange behavior lately. I looked back at him and saw him standing up with traces of tears in his eyes. "Ademide, why the tears? What happened?" I asked as I moved closer to him. He took my hands in his, fondled them a bit, and said, "Forgive me, my love, for everything." "For what?" I asked, and he repeated, "For everything." Immediately, something was plunged into my stomach. Yes, he stabbed me with a knife. My husband of ten years stabbed me. I screamed and fell down with blood oozing out of me.

Bouncing back from failure requires a combination of resilience, self-awareness, and determination. Here are some tips to help you bounce back:

1. *Allow yourself to grieve*: It's okay to feel disappointed, angry, or sad after a failure. Give yourself permission to process your emotions.
2. *Reflect on the experience*: Identify what went wrong and what you could have done differently. Use this as a learning opportunity.
3. *Don't define yourself by the failure*: Remember that failure is an event, not a definition of your worth or identity.
4. *Focus on what you can control*: Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, focus on what you can control and improve next time.
5. *Break it down into smaller steps*: Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps. Celebrate your small wins to build momentum.
6. *Seek support*: Surround yourself with positive people who encourage and support you.
7. *Practice self-care*: Take care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
8. *Embrace a growth mindset*: View failure as an opportunity for growth and learning.
9. *Try again*: Don't give up. Use what you've learned to try again with a new approach.
10. *Celebrate your progress*: Acknowledge and celebrate how far you've come, even if you haven't reached your ultimate goal yet.

Remember, bouncing back from failure is a process that takes time, effort, and patience. Be kind to yourself and stay committed to your goals.
