MY 47TH BIRTHDAY ADDRESS TO THE GOOD PEOPLE OF ANAMBRA EAST & WEST FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY AND MY FRIENDS ALL OVER THE WORLD.
My Good People, My Fans, My Family,
Today, I stand before you not just as a man marking another year, but as a son of Anambra East and West who is deeply humbled by grace.
On this special day that I turn 47 years, I give all glory to Almighty God, for as the Psalmist said, "This is the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes." - Psalm 118:23.
My journey has been a testament to the words of Winston Churchill who said, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." I have lived to give, to serve, and to represent you.
To my dear wife, my children, my new born baby boy who is God's latest gift to our home, to my political family APGA, to my loyal fans in Aguleri, Umuleri, Nando, Igbariam, Nsugbe, Otuocha, Eziagulu Otu , Mkpunando, Enugu Otu, Umuoba-Anam , Enugu -Aguleri , Umueze Anam ,Mmiata Anam , Ezi -Anam Oroma Etiti, Umuenwelum Anam, Nzam, Inoma, and Olumbanasa communities - I say Thank You.
You stood by me in 2019 when you first sent me to the House of Representatives. You corrected me in 2023 when I fell short. And today in 2026/2027, you have stood by me again with the ticket of our great party APGA. Your love is unquantifiable.
As Aristotle rightly posited, "The essence of life is to serve others and do good." At 47, I am at the prime of my life. I am not too young to be inexperienced, and not too old to be tired. I am at the age of maturity, wisdom, and capacity to deliver.
My solemn promise to you on this 47th birthday is this:
I will be a servant leader. I will be a bridge between the young and the old. I will be a voice for the voiceless in Abuja. The interest of Anambra East and West will be my only interest.
As John F. Kennedy said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." I am asking what I can do for our great Constituency.
Let us put the politics of bitterness behind us. Let us forgive the past, as I have forgiven and sought forgiveness from all, including our revered fathers. For as the Holy Book says, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity." - Psalm 133:1.
I humbly solicit your continued prayers, your support, and your blessings as we journey together towards 2027.
