Now I understand why he said all progressives are working together. Looking across the Southeast, what we have in leadership is a parade of political comedians masquerading as visionaries. Competence seems to be on annual leave.

With the exception of Alex Otti and Ifeanyi Mbah, the remaining three are serving premium-grade confusion with full confidence. But ya di ba! 🤣🤣

It is unfortunate how Sahara reporter and some other Yoruba media platforms continue to twist stories involving Ndi Igbo just to generate outrage and clicks.

How can anyone boldly label people as "Ebonyi militants" when no such recognized group exists? Since when did Ebonyi State become known for militancy? This kind of misleading headline is not journalism; it is propaganda designed to paint an entire people in a negative light.

The truth remains that Ebonyi and Enugu share deep historical, cultural, and family ties. Before the creation of Ebonyi State, we were all under the old Enugu State. To suddenly frame a local dispute as an "invasion by Ebonyi militants" is both dishonest and irresponsible.

Instead of manufacturing sensational headlines, attention should be focused on the real security challenges facing the country, including the rising cases of kidnapping and violent crimes occurring across different regions. Most especially in your Yoruba land

The media has a responsibility to inform the public, not to create division among brothers. Facts matter. Truth matters. Stop demonizing Ndi Igbo for headlines and start reporting reality.

BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu Dissolves IPOB Directorate of State, Unveils New Leadership Structure

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has announced a major shake-up within the organization, dissolving the existing Directorate of State (DOS) and unveiling a new leadership structure.

In a statement dated June 17, 2026, and issued from Langerfeld, Germany, Kanu declared the end of the DOS's "3rd Administration" and the commencement of what he described as the "4th Administration."

As part of the reorganization, U.S.-based Chris Nwaogu was appointed as the new Head of the Directorate of State, with the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day administration of IPOB affairs.

The statement also revealed a series of appointments across key departments and regions, including media, finance, welfare, and continental coordination roles. Additionally, Kanu announced the formation of an Elders Advisory Council, which will serve as a consultative body within the movement.

According to Kanu, the restructuring is aimed at strengthening the organization's internal operations, improving communication, and addressing concerns surrounding the welfare of detained members.

He further directed all IPOB structures and affiliates worldwide to recognize and align with the newly constituted leadership and administrative framework.

As a reward for the commendable efforts in restoring peace across different communities in Ebonyi State, the Great Elites of Ezekuna have once again demonstrated unwavering support for the administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Executive Governor of Ebonyi State.

During a special dinner organized in honour of the Governor, the group applauded the remarkable achievements and developmental strides of the administration while also drawing attention to a few important areas that require continued focus.

One of the major highlights of the interactive session was the symbolic purchase of the Governor’s second-term governorship ticket with the sum of One Hundred Million Naira (₦100,000,000).

Ndi-Anambra may not like hearing this, but the bitter truth must be told.

And before anyone starts shouting, remember this is not coming from Brother Minister or from Ndi Ebonyi — it is coming straight from your own brother.

One of the biggest reasons the Biafra dream continues to fade is because many Igbo politicians, especially from Anambra, have already chosen personal political survival over the collective struggle of their people. Instead of standing firmly for self-determination, they would rather align with the same system many youths accuse of marginalizing the Southeast.

Painful as it sounds, some leaders appear more comfortable watching their people suffer insecurity, fear, and political oppression than risking their positions for a united cause.

Insult me, attack me, call me names — it changes absolutely nothing. Truth does not stop existing because people are offended by it.
