A Mysterious Guest
A handsome man walked into a bustling hotel lobby and requested to see the manager. When the manager arrived, a peculiar conversation ensued:
"Is room 39 empty?" the man inquired.
"Yes, sir," the manager replied.
"Can I book it?"
"Of course."
Before heading to his room, the man made an unusual request: "Could you please provide me with a black knife, a 39-centimeter white thread, and a 73-gram orange?"
The manager, surprised by the odd request, agreed.
Once in his room, the man didn't ask for any food or additional services.
The manager's room was adjacent to room 39, and late that night, he heard strange noises emanating from the mysterious guest's room: animal sounds, the clatter of objects, and unintelligible voices.
Intrigued and disturbed, the manager spent a sleepless night pondering the source of the commotion.
The following morning, as the guest was checking out, the manager asked to inspect the room. To his astonishment, the room was perfectly tidy, with the requested items neatly placed on the table.
The guest paid his bill, tipped generously, and left with a mysterious smile.

Then, one day, the guest returned, making the same unusual requests. The manager, determined to uncover the mystery, spent another sleepless night listening to the eerie sounds.
When the guest was about to leave, the manager, filled with curiosity, apologized and asked, "If I promise to keep it a secret, will you reveal the reason behind these strange occurrences?"
The guest, after a moment of hesitation, agreed.
However, the manager, true to his word, has kept the secret to himself.
