A client just sent you an enquiry to host their event. What do you do next? đź‘€
Don’t be too quick to reply with, “Yes, I’m available. What’s your budget?”
As an event host, the way you handle the enquiry is part of your professionalism

Before accepting the booking, you should know: What type of event is it?
What is the date, time and location?
Who is the target audience?
What exactly does the client expect from you? What is the event flow or programme?
What is their budget?
Are there any special requirements?
Remember, an enquiry is not automatically a booking

Your job is to ask the right questions, understand the client’s needs, communicate your value and then decide whether the opportunity is a good fit for you
