EFFECTS OF USING SPONGE FOR TOO LONG:
1. Bacteria & Germs- Wet sponges are a breeding ground. You’re basically bathing them with germs 😩
2. Skin Rashes & Itching - That constant scratching? The old sponge could be the cause
3. Fungal Infections - Especially in skin folds. That black/dirty look on the sponge is not soap
4. Dull & Rough Skin - Old sponges get rough and damage their soft skin barriers
5. Bad Odour - Even after bathing, the smell won’t leave because the sponge itself smells
