Daily Drive|| 06:09:25

"If you don't start from where you are, you cannot be at where you want to be."

This is the statement of deeper thought and reflection on current reality of your life. It's also seek to identify your deficiency and limitations.

It takes someone who can notice his failure to work for his success. Every man who lacks success has not yet identify the influence of his failure.

Everything we lack either delays or denies us access to opportunities. Lack of knowledge can be a side of the coin. It takes a man who discovered that he lacks knowledge to go for it.

A place of discovery is the place of recovery and action. Nothing works for people who has not taken appropriate action. Every achievement begins with needs.

The current state of your life is a pointer to what you lack and it is your responsibility to initiate thought and plans to get it. Truth is, you will still remain where you are if there is no force of change from you.

Be the change agent for your life.

One reason why our idea will not see the light or come to be is the fact that we are too lazy to work for it. There is this mindset that when we see some other person(s) launching our type of idea, we think the person has stolen our idea, and even worse if we had discussed such an idea with someone. Truth is, no one has ever stolen any person's idea or would ever do it. Let me inform you of this world statistic. According to the United Nations estimate of April 23rd, 2024, the world is made up of 8.1 billion people across the seven continents with researchers, thinkers, creators, creative minds, and the rest making the number. These seven continents comprise the 195 recognized countries including the Vatican City and the state of Palestine. So can you then see with me that, you are the only reason why you have not become what you have been desiring for years while others are even taking your space? What do you think using 1 hour, over 500 hundred people do that same thinking in less than 10 minutes if it is not even less than this minute. So don't think that the world will stand still for you to launch your idea before others can come.
The difference between you and other people is that you are slow while they are fast in initiating the idea. The same applies to countries of the world. The developed countries of the world are where they are today because they thought of something and they initiated that thing and today they have become the most powerful and most longing territory to be. The developing nations have come to realize that to become does not stop at thinking or conceiving ideas but it works when the ideas are initiated. What happens to the underdeveloped nations is that they are still infants and dependent on feeding from their masters. They wait for the right time that will never come while not knowing that the actual time is now. Most of these underdeveloped countries are even the most blessed nations with resources. This is the same thing that happens to us as an individual. There is no better time than now.

What you wish to become is the desire of others

Where you want to be is the destination of many people

People think every minute

People act every minute.

One reason why our idea will not see the light or come to be is the fact that we are too lazy to work for it. Dream comes true is a reality and it is the prayer of everyone. But it takes the dreamer the strength to withstand and overcome the challenges and battles that accompany the dream. If anything in life comes easy, then I defer here in regards to dreams because for your dream to be actualized, obstacles are inevitable. It does not stop at having a dream, it takes you the sacrifice of abstaining from yourself from the paths that can mislead your focus and direction. It takes you the courage to bear the shame and pains that you will experience in the course of the journey to become. It needs your strong hope and self acceptance at the point of rejection . There is a time in the course of the journey when you have to walk alone not because you don't have people but because they don't understand your path and some would hate your path even if they understand the path. Dream gives relevance, but only when it is fulfilled. At this point, those who rejected you, will celebrate you.

Keep your dream alive
Work for it
Walk towards it
Never stopped to think about it
Don't fail to write about it.

GOV ENO VISITS FAMILY OF LATE NOLLYWOOD MAKE-UP ARTIST

…offers automatic employment to elder sister

…promises assistance to the undergraduate sisters

Living to his billing as the epitome of compassion, Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, on arrival from an official engagement in Abuja, this afternoon drove straight to the family compound of the late Nollywood make- up artist. Abigail Edith Frederick, in Ikot Udoma, Eket Local Government Area, where he consoled the bereaved family.

Showing deep emotions, Governor Eno, sat with the grieving family members and told them he feels their pain.

“This is deeply unfortunate, a young girl, 24 years old, who, finished her Youth Service just last year, and decided to pursue her passion.

“This is a reflection of our Arise spirit. It shows that our young people are willing to go out there, not begging, not waiting for handouts, but to pursue their passions.

“It is sad and unfortunate that her life ended the way it did.

“Once I was fully briefed, I decided to come here personally with the full complement of Government to console and encourage the family.

“You are not just the Governor when people are celebrating. In times and moments like this, you become the Mourner- in-Chief and give them hope.

“I trust the Holy Spirit will perfect the hope in their lives.

“Coming here means we care. You know Akwa Ibomites are like Americans. We don’t leave each other behind. Government will be with the family and support them.”

The Governor thereafter gave an automatic employment in the State Civil Service to the surviving elder sister of the deceased, and directed the SSA on Humanitarian Services, Umo Ekpo to renovate the family house and bring it to modern standards.

The Governor also assured of Government’s assistance to the two sisters of the bereaved who are undergraduates at the University of Uyo, said to be sponsored by the late Nollywood make- up artist.

If you must have a good fan base, extend your reach beyond your church members. Don't limit your traffic to your church members even your work environment. Establish social contact, relate with your neighbors, and accept friend requests from other people of other denominations, social groups, and organizations. People seem not to value other people's thoughts and content due to familiarity which could come from the same church, group, and probably background.
If you must grow your visibility on this blue house, make it a deal to expand your reach.
