When you report any vi0lence act to the police or a police officer is at the scene.

The police officer is expected to;

✅Provide or arrange safe transport for the v!ct!m to an alternative residence.
✅Provide a safe place or shelter, where such is required.
✅Arrange transportation for the v!ct!ms to the nearest hospital for treatment of injuries, if necessary.
✅Accompanying the v!ctim to vict!m’s residence to collect personal belongings, where necessary.
✅Explained to the v!ctim his or her rights to protection against vi0|ence and remedies available.
✅Explaining to the v!ct!m that he or she has the right to lodge a criminal complaint or sue where necessary.

etc.

One of the duties of the police is to protect lives. A person who is a survivor of vi0lence is a risk defender and he or she needs support.

When you see police officers in a violence scene, step aside and allow them do their work.

✅cars, shares, household items, etc.

If it within your powers, kindly avoid them.

I understand you want to have a juicy share. But, if it will not come peacefully, wash your hands off it.

Unpopular opinion;
It is stressful seeing siblings and relatives fighting themselves over inheritance and they will pass the mantle to their children, as such, it will become a generational strugg|e.

If you can afford the basic things in life and you gained a comfortable life, “Leave family inheritance to live” read that again. Except, it comes with absolute peace.

There is nothing as beautiful as being at peace.

When you house rent expires and you are unable to renew.

The best option is not for you to run away, lock the house and disappear, start being h0stile or claim rights that you don’t have. etc.

The house will be deemed abandoned if you decided to remain untraced.

Your landlord shall apply to court for possession, and, an order to force open the premises.

Have it in mind that, the landlord will not wake up from sleep to take actions above. He must apply to court first and wait for the order to be granted.

If the landlord decides to do it on his own, the tenant can sue the landlord and claim damages.

Know where your guide starts and know where it ends.

The law is not emotional.

During the weekend, I read about a m@n in Enugu State who was accused by his wife of r@p!ng his two daughters. (Minors)

I had to keep my cool because I needed time to digest and get more information.

Only to read from the same and other sources that, the man was wr0ngly accused by his wife.

That, his wife lured the daughters to hold it against their father that “he touched their bûmbûm and p*e p*e.”

It turned out to be false after a medical report showed that, the ch!|dren’s h-/men were intact and that, the father did not touched them.

I have been in awe since I read the reversed accusation.

Mommy of the century, if this is true, why?

Why did you subject the man you once shared everything with to this?

When your children grow up to know this, how will you feel?

Sir, would you want to forgive and forget or seek justice? Would you still make her your wife?

The law is not emotional.
