STUPID HUSBAND

20/11/2023

DEAR WIFE...

1. If you want your husband to make love to you often, have a good attitude. No matter how sexy you look or dress, your husband will not find you attractive if you have a bad attitude

2. If you want your husband to be eating with you, be pleasant to be around. No matter how tasty your food, it loses taste when being around you is stressful

3. If you want your husband to be opening up to you sensitive and difficult information, learn to keep secrets and not to overreact. A man refrains from sharing too much when he is scared information will be leaked or be misinterpreted

4. If you want your husband to be praying with you, stop acting as if your prayers are more powerful or you are closer to God than him. Allow your husband to pray his kind of way

5. If you want your husband to be taking you out often, stop bringing drama and ruining dates with issues that should be dealt with at home. No man wants to go spend time and money at a venue where he will be emotionally drained

6. If you want your husband to solve the issues in your marriage, stop seeing yourself as the angel and him the devil, stop attacking him or labelling him as "The agent the devil is using to ruin your marriage". See also your fault, show him you are on the same team and seek solutions, not finger pointing

7. If you want your husband to come home early, be peaceful. The wife tends to own the home and so can easily make the husband keep off if she becomes harsh, uninviting and combative

8. If you want your husband to be chatting with you and calling you up, be fun to talk to, make him miss you. If each time he calls you or chats you up it ends up with you starting a fight, reminding him of his wrongs or ordering him around he will avoid communication with you

9. If you want your husband to receive your suggestions and corrections then speak to him with a tone of love. If you come at him shouting, dictating at him or manipulating him he will harden up

10. If you want your

My mom used to cook beans, but before she cooks the beans, she picks up the bad ones and throw them at the backyard while she cook the good beans. But when it rains 🌧 the bad beans becomes seed and grows up and looks beautiful.

The same person who threw them away start to harvest them. She realises that the beans she threw away has VALUE.

Don't cry when people THROW you at the BACKYARD, don't cry when people REJECTED you.

The RAIN is coming and the same people who are REJECTING you today will beg to HARVEST you tomorrow 🫴👌

Happy New Week!!

DOES MY LANDLORD HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ME TO PAY FOR TRANSFORMER?

Under the NERC Acts, it is not the responsibility of the tenant nor the Landlord and the community at large to collect money from anyone to buy Transformer.

So therefore, it is an Offence for your Landlord to ask you as a Tenant to contribute money for buying Transformer.

The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) is empowered by the Electric Power Sector Reform (EPSR) Act, 2005 to ensure an efficiently managed electricity supply industry that meets the yearnings of Nigerians for stable, adequate and safe electricity supply.

It is not the responsibility of the tenant and Landlord or community to buy, replace or repair electricity transformers, poles and related equipment used in the supply of electricity.

This is the submission of the law which you must know, don't allow anyone take advantage of you and ask you to pay for transformer.

Ignorance of the Law is not an Excuse for the Landlord or the Tenant and even the community at large.

O'level(WASC/SSCE) is just an ordinary Certificate but without it you can't obtain a Degree, Masters and PhD.
That thing called ‘ordinary’ does not mean it is not valuable.
Water might be ‘Ordinary’, but without it, there is no life.
Value ordinary people. They can save your life.
Don’t be too proud to respond when your Gateman greets you.
Don't be too proud to adjust when that Junior Staff calls your attention to issues.
Don't be too proud to listen to the advice of your fellow brother or sister because, some of them are even better leaders. But you are only privileged.
Don't be too proud to listen to your subordinates as a leader because, you don't know it all.
If you treat the ordinary people in your life like garbage, you may die with your ailments.
"Low-Class" People are not necessarily "Low Life" People.
Who says you are better than that "Ordinary Person"?
Those ordinary people were made by *GOD* and *GOD* has deposited in them strength and weakness.
Don't allow your pride to destroy you.

I love ordinary people because no matter how high you perceive me to be, I am also ordinary to some people. More importantly

THIS is how to report your Bank to CBN or sue them to Court if they refuse to Revise your money that is hanging in the Air back to your account.
Even after you have laid complaint, still yet they are just playing you like ball....

Enough is enough of banks treating customers like s**t.

As a customer you have your own rights which the banks must respect

If after lodging your complaint, your Bank still fails to engage you and resolve the complaint within 2 Weeks as provided for in the ATM HELP DESK Circular, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Consumer Protection Department (CPD) of the CBN.

The CBN financial regulator said customers can contact the CPD by sending an email to[email protected], [email protected] or call +234 7002255226.

Customers can lodge a complaint directly on the CBN website also

then after all this, they still refuse to Revise your money pls feel free to Sue your Bank to Court
Make sure you have evidence that you have contacted CBN and still yet they refuse to Revise your money and if any of the bank staffs talks you anyhow, just make sure you also the video evidence.

Depending on how long, the Court will order the bank to pay nothing less than 200k for damages when you win the case.

My Bank paid me some cool cash for Damages last year.... And am looking forward for them to hanf my money again ...

Many people are really passing through a lot from money hanging in the Air by banks...i know someone who could not pay up his Hospital bills because when he made transfer to the Hospital account, the money hanged in the air and the hospital refused to treat him and he eventually passed away after some few days...

If you refuse to share this post, that means you are supporting this bad treatment of banks to your own friends and family......

We need to help people know that they have a right to sue the bank for Negligence of their duty in providing solutions to problems in a fast way.

*I CAN’T STOP CRYING 😢*

The man pleaded that the bandits should give him N100,000 out of the money he was handing over to them as his ransom.

The gang asked him why.

"I promised my friend that I'll give him one hundred thousand out of my retirement benefits to start a business."

The bandits looked at each other and asked him who that friend was.

He told them.

They looked at each other again in amazement and broke the news to him.

It was the same friend who gave them information that he, their current victim, was expecting his retirement benefits.

Later, they brought the rogue friend before them and handed the man a gun. They ordered him to pull the trigger.
The man refused to kill his friend. They gave his so called friend the gun to shoot the man, he did not even think twice to pull the trigger but alas, it was without a bullet in the chamber.

They laughed and collected the gun and shot the friend point blank. They then handed over to the man his bag of money.
Go home, they said.
Be careful of those you call your friend this year 2022 because open teeth is not open heart and white teeth is not white heart.

Ayinde Barrister had a couple of successful shows in London in 1990 and 1993 performing what later became known as the good musician. Honour is due to the man who spent his entire life giving us the best of the best songs of our time.

May The Almighty Allah grant Alhaji Ayinde Al-Jaanat fridaos. He truly created Fuji music. He natured it, lived it and made a success of it, while hugely successful himself. A one off mega star and a true legend of our time whose understanding, good grasp and excellent ability to use Yoruba language cleverly made Fuji genre seem easy to sing and pleasure to listen to. (The more reason why there are more many Fuji singers than any other type of Nigerian or African traditional music). He passed well for an Islamic scholar through the use of his music to lecture his listeners especially about being good and subsequent debt of death. We have really lost a true Nigerian.
Adieu Barrister!
Rest on fuji creator....
