Part 1: The Discovery
Ethan was an ordinary young man who loved exploring abandoned places and forgotten forests. One cloudy afternoon, he wandered deep into a valley that no one in the nearby village dared to enter. They believed an ancient secret was hidden there.
As the sun began to set, Ethan noticed a faint golden glow beneath the roots of an old oak tree. Curious, he brushed away the dirt and uncovered an ancient ring carved with strange symbols.
The moment he touched it, the ring became warm and pulsed with light.
"Just a beautiful old ring," he whispered.
Without thinking, he slipped it onto his finger.
Suddenly, a brilliant burst of golden energy exploded around him. The ground trembled, the wind howled, and lightning flashed across the dark sky. Ethan collapsed as glowing energy flowed through every part of his body.
When he opened his eyes, everything had changed.
He could hear birds miles away. He could see through thick fog as if it were daylight. With a single thought, a massive boulder rose from the ground and floated in front of him.
Startled, he lowered his hand, and the boulder gently returned to the earth.
As he looked at the glowing ring, a mysterious voice echoed in his mind:
"You have been chosen. The Ring of Eternity grants power beyond imagination. But every gift carries a great responsibility."
Before Ethan could ask who was speaking, the voice disappeared.
Looking toward the horizon, he noticed a dark shadow watching him from the top of a distant mountain.
Someone else knew the ring had awakened.
