🎂 94 DAYS TO MY BIRTHDAY
📖 THE JOURNEY OF OMO'BA ADÉOLÁ ÒKÉ
CHAPTER 18 – WHY I RETURNED TO FASHION DESIGN
After spending time helping my brother at the cyber café, one thing was still on my mind.
I wanted to build a future for myself.
Since the promise of going back to school was no longer becoming a reality, I knew I had to learn a skill that could help me survive.
That was when I decided to return to fashion design in 2014.
This wasn't my first encounter with tailoring. Before I moved to Lagos, I had already learned for about a year in Okeho. But after relocating, life interrupted that journey.
Going back to fashion design wasn't an easy decision, but I believed it was the right one.
I didn't know where the journey would lead me, but I was determined to learn, improve, and become someone people could be proud of.
Looking back today, I can see that every stitch I made was another step towards the future God was preparing for me.
💡 Life Lesson:
Sometimes life will redirect you instead of stopping you. Don't be afraid to start again. The skill you learn today may become the key that opens doors tomorrow.
