IMPORTANT MESSAGE !!!
📌 NAFDAC has withdrawn approval and no longer allows use of multi-dose antimalarial oral suspensions (the ones in syrup bottles you showed)

That means these kinds of products are not approved for sale or use in Nigeria anymore.

According to the latest notices:

✅ NAFDAC has said that multi-dose Artemether/Lumefantrine dry powder for oral suspension (the antimalarial syrup form) is no longer registered or approved.
This applies to all brands of that type of medicine, including those shown in your photo (like Lokmal, HAVAX, PALUDEX, WINART, BIOLUMEFAR, FANETHA, Artemelum, Cikatem and similar).

The regulator explains that once these drugs are mixed with water to make syrup, they become unstable and lose effectiveness, which can lead to treatment failure or worse outcomes.

✔️ They are not necessarily “banned” as fake products, but they cannot be legally sold, imported, manufactured, or used in Nigeria anymore because they are deregistered and withdrawn from approval.

---
📌 This is official regulatory action, not just a random social media claim.

📌 But also note:
• This doesn’t necessarily mean they are all counterfeit — some may be genuine brands that are just no longer approved.
• The safest action is to use approved antimalarial formulations (like dispersible tablets or single-dose sachets) that meet current standards.

THEY TOOK ₦10 MILLION… AND STILL KILLED HIM
HOW MUCH IS A NIGERIAN LIFE WORTH? 😢

Nuru Abubakar
March 5th, 2026

My heart is heavy as I write this.
After everything… after the tears, after the begging, after the desperate fundraising from friends and family… Abba has been killed.

₦10 million was raised.
₦10 million was delivered.
₦10 million was counted by the kidnappers.
And yet, they still took his life.

Pause for a moment and imagine the pain.
A family gathered money from everywhere they could.
People contributed their last savings.
Friends stood together hoping that once the ransom was paid, Abba would come home alive.
But instead of bringing him home…
they brought devastating news.

This is not just a tragedy.
This is a national wound.
Abba was a young NYSC corps member, someone who stepped out to serve his country with hope for a better future. He did what Nigeria asked of him.
But today, the question many Nigerians are asking with tears in their eyes is simple and painful:
WHY ARE OUR LIVES SO CHEAP?

Families are now negotiating with criminals just to keep their children alive.
Parents are raising ransom instead of planning weddings.
Friends are contributing money not for celebrations, but for survival.
And even after paying… there is no guarantee of life.
How did we get here?

We say this with respect, but also with deep pain:
Security is the first responsibility of government.
Citizens should not feel abandoned.
Young people serving their nation should not become easy targets.
Families should not have to beg criminals for the right to see their children again.

Today we mourn Abba.
A son, a friend, a Nigerian who deserved to live.

May Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him Jannatul Firdaus.
May Allah give his family the strength to survive this unimaginable loss.
And may Allah protect those who are still in captivity and return them safely to their loved ones.
But as we pray… we must also never stop asking the hard questions.

Because no nation should get used to burying its young people.
Enough is enough. 😢
May His Rest In Peace 🙏🙏🙏
Very Painful and Heartbreaking 😭😭
