I read comments about family and friends advising you not to consume too much eggs.

They even told someone that more than one egg daily is very bad for her heart.

Says who?

Those advising you not to eat five eggs are the ones loading their system with poisons like noodles, bread, and carbonated drinks.

They even eat a full bowl of eba with a small soup and one tiny piece of meat around 11pm.

So, who needs the advice more?

You know the answers already.

If you like, fall for their useless deceit.

You will learn.

Some of you are yet to understand the havoc bread is bringing to your health.

I feel sad because some of the so-called meal planners tagged themselves as nutritionists encouraging people to eat bread.

See, you need to make the right decision when it comes to your health or you perish with your ignorance.

Flee from bread.

It is even worse if you have ulcers, or gastritis, or bowel syndrome, or hemorrhoids

Bread messes up your gut, destroys your digestive enzymes, and neutralizes stomach acid.

I know some of you would still ask if it's okay to eat brown bread.

Don't eat bread. Whether it is white or Brown.

Brown bread is even worse.

It has a higher glycemic index.

The brown bread you want to consider spikes your insulin more than sugar and white bread.

Forget that marketing bu****it.

Don't fall for it.

It's just a marketing strategy.

I repeat, flee from bread.
