π Prioritize Fiber-Rich Foods. Consume plenty of leafy greens, 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds, and 1 table spoon of soaked chia seeds added to your meal to create soft, bulky stools that pass easily if you are finding it difficult to pass out stool otherwise, don't over eat fibres. Balance is key.
π Take Apple Cider Vinegar. 1-2 tablespoons in half cup of warm water may help improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
π Prioritize Vitamin C-Rich Foods. Bell peppers, kiwi, and citrus fruits help strengthen blood vessels and connective tissue. But If hemorrhoids flare-up due to any form of gut irritation or loose stools, kindly discontinue the citrus to avoid potentially aggravating the condition.
