I am sorry but if you are not CONFIDENT in PRAYER Your Answers are not guaranteed!
The Human Word is CONFIDENCE the spiritual word is FAITH
The relationship between great confidence and prayerfulness is deeply intertwined in Christian spirituality.
I will share with you three(3) practical connections between CONFIDENCE and PRAYER as a Christian:
1. Confidence Fuels Prayerfulness
When a person has great confidence especially confidence in God's love, mercy, and faithfulness they are more likely to pray frequently and boldly. This confidence is not arrogance, but trust in God's character and promises.
Hebrews 4:16 says:
“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
The more someone trusts in God's goodness, the more naturally and sincerely they will turn to Him in prayer.
2. Prayerfulness Strengthens Confidence
Conversely, the more one prays, the more they experience God's presence, answers, and peace. This deepens their confidence not just in prayer, but in life.
Philippians 4:6-7 explains this clearly:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
And the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Prayer builds inner security, a sense that one is not alone or powerless.
3. Jesus as the Model
Jesus showed this perfectly. He had absolute confidence in the Father, which made Him prayerful even in his suffering (e.g., Gethsemane). His intimacy with God was maintained through praying confidently.
Great confidence leads to more prayerfulness, and prayerfulness builds even greater confidence. It’s a spiritual feedback loop that draws the soul closer to God.
Let me give you this secret, A Prayer made with great Confidence(Faith) will attract Answers faster than otherwise!
