"Female Realtor Abducted in Delta State Found Dead"-
Tragedy struck in Delta State, Nigeria, as kidnappers brutally murdered a female realtor, Esther, after abducting her on Monday, March 24, 2025. The incident occurred near the Admiralty University of Nigeria in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area.
Esther and three colleagues were inspecting a piece of land when the bandits ambushed them. The kidnappers shot at their vehicle, and while Esther's colleagues managed to escape, one of them sustained gunshot wounds and is currently in critical condition. Esther, unfortunately, was taken by the gunmen and later found dead.
The Delta State Police Command dispatched officers to rescue Esther, but they were ambushed, and one policeman was shot. Although the police spokesman, SP Bright Edafe, reported that no one died during the rescue operation, he was unaware of Esther's tragic fate.
A Delta activist, Comrade Victor Ojie, confirmed Esther's death on Facebook, announcing that her body had been recovered and would be deposited at the mortuary. Esther was a graduate who had completed her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
