Starting from 2026, house and land agents will no longer be allowed in Ebonyi State. According to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, these agents are the major reason rents for houses and shops keep skyrocketing.

Some agents reportedly charge nearly half a milli0n náira just to show people properties that don’t even belong to them. This exploitation must stop. From next year, no agent is permitted to collect any money from anyone seeking accommodation in the state.

Me: This is a welcome development . Let all the states In this nation put this into consideration and implementation.
The menace of these agents is becoming alarming!

“If you can’t pass a kind compliment, say nothing at all.”

❌ Not every thought needs to be shared.
❌ Not every compliment is necessary—especially when it leaves the other person self esteem in ruins.

🚫 Backhanded Compliments Sound Like:
🔸 “You dressed well today, thank God.
🔸 “You finally sound like you went to school.”
🔸 “You look good in this picture… unlike the other ones.”
😒 it’s rude , gross and inappropriate.
💡 Real Etiquette says:
🎯 If your words won’t uplift, inspire, or encourage—keep them to yourself.

✅ it’s best to be silent than accidentally shady.

🌟 Speak with grace or hold your peace.
Because your words tell the world how refined you really are.
