1. Ẹ káàárọ̀ – Good morning

2. Ẹ káàsán – Good afternoon

3. Ẹ kúùròlé – Good evening

4. Ẹ káalẹ́ – Good night

5. Báwo ni? – How are you?

6. Ẹ n lẹ́ – Hello (general greeting)

7. Ẹ kúṣẹ́ – Well done (usually to someone working)

8. Ẹ kú iṣẹ́ ọ̀sán – Good afternoon (acknowledging work done during the day)

9. Ẹ kú ìrọ̀lẹ́ – Good evening (acknowledging the evening's work)

10. Ẹ káàbọ̀ – Welcome

11. Ẹ kú ọdún – Happy festive season (used during celebrations)
