Job Opening: Digital Marketer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role will be essential in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
o Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
o Manage and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Content Creation and Management:
o Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
o Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure high-quality content is delivered.
• Social Media Management:
o Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
• SEO/SEM Management:
o Optimize the company website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
o Run and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic to the website.
• Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Email Marketing:
o Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
o Build and manage email lists, create newsletters, and ensure email templates are optimized for mobile devices.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
o Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
