Quick observation from my profile,Listen up creatorsπŸ‘‡

I noticed something on a post I made.

About 9–10 people commented, but when I checked insight of the post, it showed just 1 view.

At first I was confused… then I realized that only one person actually stayed and read the post.
The rest probably liked, commented, and moved on quickly.

Facebook really counts attention, not just comments.

So when you want to support someone:
β€’ read the post
β€’ watch the video
β€’ stay a bit

That’s how reach grows.
That’s how content gets pushed.

Whenever you receive a notification to complete your content monetization payout setup, don’t ignore it.

Facebook does not release earnings automatically.
If your payout details are incomplete, your money stays on hold.

What to do:
β€’ Open your Professional Dashboard immediately
β€’ Complete all payout and tax information
β€’ Verify your identity if requested
β€’ Double-check your payment method

Many creators miss payments not because they didn’t earn, but because they delayed setup.

Don’t wait until payout time.
Set it up once. Secure your earnings.

My views dropped… and I didn’t panic 🀍

This is for the creator who’s checking their dashboard every day and feeling tired.

Last month I hit 1.7M views.
This month it dropped to about 400K.
But my content?
Still getting love. Comments. Shares. Engagement.

Here’s what many people don’t tell you:
Facebook works on a 28-day cycle.
When a cycle is ending, numbers reset so a new one can begin.

Your views don’t disappearβ€”they still count in 60-day and 90-day insights.

Your work isn’t failing.
Your effort isn’t wasted.
Your views are still counting in longer timeframes.

So this festive season, please breathe 🀍
Don’t change everything. Don’t quit. Don’t doubt yourself.

Just keep showing up.
Consistency and quality will always find their way back to you ✨

That question came up again β€” and this is exactly why I said wait for Part 2.

Yesterday, in PART 1, I shared the countries that are already eligible for Facebook content monetization.

Now let’s talk about the other side.

As of now, creators from countries like:
β€’ Cameroon
β€’ Pakistan
β€’ Zimbabwe
β€’ Ethiopia
β€’ Malawi
β€’ Rwanda
β€’ Zambia
β€’ Sierra Leone
β€’ Liberia
β€’ Afghanistan
β€’ Nepal
…and several others

do not yet have access to Facebook monetization tools like in-stream ads or Reels ads.

And no β€” this has nothing to do with your consistency or talent.
It’s simply regional rollout.

This is what I tell my clients:

Not being eligible for Facebook monetization does NOT mean you can’t earn from Facebook.

Creators in non-eligible countries are:
βœ” Building strong personal brands
βœ” Working with brands directly (branding & partnerships)
βœ” Offering services using Facebook as visibility
βœ” Monetizing influence, not ads
βœ” Preparing their pages for when monetization opens

Facebook may not be paying you yet
but brands still pay for attention, trust, and results.

Before you draw conclusions, go back and read PART 1 so you know whether your country is already eligible or not.

During a coaching session today, someone asked me:
β€œCoach, I’m consistent. I have views. Why am I not monetized?”

I asked one simple question back:
πŸ‘‰ β€œWhat country are you creating from?”

Because here’s the truth many creators don’t know:
Facebook monetization starts with your country.

If you’re creating from Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, India, Philippines, Brazil, Australia, or New Zealand (and some others), your country is eligible for Facebook content monetization β€” once other requirements are met.

If you’re not monetized yet, it doesn’t always mean you’re doing something wrong.

Creators, let’s talk about something most people ignore β€” FOCUS.

That β€œfocus” option on Facebook is not random.
It’s a signal.
And choosing the wrong one can slow your growth without you realizing it.

So let me break this down clearly πŸ‘‡

πŸ”Ή If you’re NOT yet monetized

Your focus should be:
β€œI want to reach more people”
or
β€œI want to build my community.”

Why?
Because you’re still in the trust-building stage.

At this level, Facebook is watching:
β€’ Do people stop to read your content?
β€’ Do they comment, share, react?
β€’ Do they come back?

This is not the season to chase money.
It’s the season to build visibility, conversations, and connection.

No audience equals no monetization.
Simple.

Your weekly focus should be:
β€œI want to maximise my earnings.”

Why?
Because you’ve already proven consistency and value.

Now it’s about:

Dear creators, let’s talk β€” coach to creator.

Have you ever visited a page with a large of followers,
but when you check the comments, it’s the same one or two people holding the entire conversation?

This isn’t always about people being β€œunserious.”

From experience as a coach, this usually points to one of two things:

1️⃣ The page has an audience, but not a community.
2️⃣The page bought or b00st followeΕ™s
3️⃣Or the page is currently under Facebook suspended recommendations β€” meaning the content isn’t being pushed to new or active users.

When recommendations are suspended, your posts mostly reach:
β€’ the same small group of followers
β€’ people who already interact regularly

So engagement looks low, even with big numbers.

This is proven. I see it often.

The solution isn’t buying followers or chasing trends.
It’s intentional rebuilding:

βœ”οΈ Conversation-driven content
βœ”οΈ Simple, answerable questions
βœ”οΈ Consistent replies
βœ”οΈ Original, human posts
βœ”οΈ Patience while Facebook rebuilds trust

Big numbers don’t grow pages.
Connection does.
