Knowing your worth isn’t always about realizing what you deserve from other people.

Sometimes, it means having enough self-awareness to ask yourself the uncomfortable question:

“Could I be contributing to the very pattern I keep complaining about?”

It’s easy to point fingers.
It’s harder to look in the mirror.

Sometimes the growth we’re asking for requires us to admit that we may not always be the victim in the story.

And that realization doesn’t make you a bad person.

It means you’re finally honest enough to grow.

So tonight, before you ask “Why do people keep treating me this way?”…

Ask yourself:

“Is there something about me that I need to change?”

That question might be uncomfortable.
But it might also change everything.

Sometimes, the hardest truth isn’t the one we don’t know… it’s the one we already know but aren’t ready to accept.

We call it confusion.
We overthink.
We look for explanations.
We give them the benefit of the doubt.

But deep down, sometimes… we already have our answer.

And maybe the real question isn’t, “What does this mean?”

Maybe it’s, “Why am I struggling to accept what it means?”
