The Elephant Who Saved the Tortoise

Tortoise loved to nap under a mango tree. One day, while dozing, a great storm came. The wind tossed the branches until one heavy limb trapped Tortoise beneath it.

He cried for help, but no one heard—except Elephant, who was passing by.

“I’ll lift it,” said Elephant, but the branch was stuck deep in the mud. So, Elephant used his tusks to dig, his feet to stomp, and his trunk to lift.

Finally, the branch broke free, and Tortoise was saved.

From that day, Tortoise always told the young animals: “It is not only wit that counts, but kindness and strength too.”

The Tortoise Who Outsmarted the Elephant

Once upon a time in a peaceful village, Elephant was proud of his size and strength. Every animal feared him—except Tortoise. One dry season, the river dried up, and all the animals relied on a hidden well known only to Elephant.

One night, Tortoise crept to the well and left a long vine nearby. The next day, as Elephant drank, Tortoise appeared and said, “My friend, may I share some water? I am small and thirsty.”

Elephant laughed. “You are too small to even climb down!”

Tortoise smiled. “Let’s race to the bottom. If I win, I get water for a week.”

“Deal!” boomed Elephant.

Tortoise quickly tied the vine around Elephant’s leg. As Elephant climbed down, Tortoise slid down the vine from the other side—and reached the bottom first.

The animals cheered. Elephant laughed and said, “You may be small, but your wit is bigger than mine.”

From that day on, they shared the water—and became friends...

HOW DEHYDRATION CAUSES HEADACHE 👇👇👇👇👇

Dehydration can cause headaches through several mechanisms:

1. Reduced blood volume: When you're dehydrated, your blood volume drops, which lowers the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the brain. This can trigger pain receptors in the head.

2. Brain shrinkage: Lack of fluid can cause brain tissue to shrink slightly, pulling away from the skull and activating pain-sensitive areas.

3. Electrolyte imbalance: Dehydration can disturb the balance of electrolytes like sodium and potassium, which affects nerve function and may lead to headaches.

4. Dilated blood vessels: The body may dilate blood vessels to compensate for fluid loss, which can also lead to head pain, similar to a migraine.

Staying hydrated with water and electrolyte-rich fluids can often help prevent or relieve these headaches
