DEAR MAMA, DON'T LOSE YOURSELF

Before you became a mother, you had dreams, goals, hobbies, and things that made you happy.

Then motherhood came, and suddenly everyone needed you.

But mama, please remember that you matter too.

Taking care of yourself doesn't make you selfish. Resting doesn't make you a bad mother. Pursuing your dreams doesn't mean you love your children less.

Your children need a mother who is cared for, not a mother who has completely forgotten herself.

So take a breath.
Rest when you can,Keep your dreams alive.

You are a mother, but you are also you. Don't lose her.

PARENTS, PLEASE DON’T PRESSURE YOURSELF.

A new school session doesn’t mean everything must be new. If your child’s school bag, shoes, uniforms, lunch box and other items are still clean, strong and usable, there’s nothing wrong with using them again.

If you can comfortably afford to replace them, go ahead. But if you can’t afford it, please don’t put yourself under unnecessary financial pressure just because others are buying new things.

Replace what needs replacing and reuse what is still good.
